The Association of Real Estate Brokers of Belize is meeting at the Jungle Pavilion of Old Belize for their 4th quarterly meeting for this year. The association made up of brokers, bankers, developers and real estate agents main focus is to create sustainable real estate businesses in Belize. AREBB 2nd annual general meeting was held April 10th, 2008 at the Chateau Caribbean. The outgoing President Ms. Madeleine Lomont reported on all the accomplishment of the association during its first 18 months since formal incorporation. Madeleine Lomont resigned as President, having brought the association with her board thus far. She was instrumental in the formation of the Association. The Board and Members of the Association appreciates her contribution, generosity and team spirit displayed during her leadership as President of AREBB.

January 2007, the pro-tem Board called for the annual general meeting and it was decided to secure the support and assistance of a US trained Belizean in the real Estate field to guide us through training, ethics, and improved business practice in the industry. Our Board member introduced us to Dr. Andrew Trumbach who has accepted to give of his expertise to help his country.
